Perm football players took part in a joint sports-and-education project in Qingdao (China)
Photo: Yuriy ShesttakovThe delegation of Perm Specialized Youth Sports School of Olympic reserve visited the twinned city of Qingdao (China) as part of a joint project.
Young football players delegation from Perm headed by the Specialized Youth Sports School director Oleg Gavrilov visited Taihang Pimary School in Qingdao, China.
The Perm delegation included 8 boys and 8 girls aged 9-13 as well as school administrators and coachers. The Perm football team held 6 matches resulting in their convincing victory.
Apart from the sport events the Chinese hosts organized for their gusts form Perm a variety of cultural and educational programs: the Perm visitors learnt about traditional Chinese culture and had a sight-seeing tour of the Golden Beach, the China House and took an active part in joint training sessions, Chinese language and calligraphy classes and other events.
The delegation received a high-stand welcome from the People’s government of the city district of Huangdao. The participants highly assessed the hospitality and the perfect organization of the visit.
In fact, this was a return visit of Perm sportsmen following the events of “The International football camp” in Perm, which was joined by the teams from Qingdao in the summer of 2016 and Oxford (UK) in 2017.
